In order to keep this high on our agenda, we have created an internal working group to champion Equality, Diversity and Inclusion matters.

In line with the EIS’s values, the group will:

Collaborate: Share knowledge and experiences, respect and value everyone’s contribution
Excel: Be bold and courageous in challenging the status quo and encouraging others to do so
Care: Empower, engage and support our colleagues who need a listening ear or require assistance.

Flexible Working

Remote and in person, we support it.

We understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance so, now employees can apply for flexible working under the Flexible Working Request policy regardless of their length of service. In addition, in many cases, roles are also open to remote working.
